Teams who will have the Biggest Turn Around in 2020

Cleveland Browns

It feels like we've been saying, "this is the year" for the Browns forever, but this is the year. It was supposed to be last year, but their coaching staff was an absolute mess. They hired one of my favorite General Manager in the entire league. Andrew Berry is super bright and brings a new light to the Dawg Pound. The combination of Freddie Kitchens and Todd Monken just didn't mesh. They constantly had disagreements and didn't understand how to manipulate personnel groupings to their favor. For the first half of the season, they were only throwing the ball out of 11 personnel and by the time they "fixed it", it was too late. With Kevin Stefanski, this offense will be revolved around analytics. I'm a huge fan of analytics and the idea of thinking smarter not harder. This team is in the top 5 for most talented in the NFL. I expect a lot of two tight end sets and a lot of packages with both Kareem Hunt and Nick Chubb. I also see Baker Mayfield being more decisive and not as hurried. Jedrick Wills was an awesome pick for them and they hired Bill Callahan who is one of the best offensive line coaches in the NFL. I love Odell Beckham in fantasy this year. In the offseason it seems like he has really connected with his spiritual side. It seems like he has a clear head space. Defensively, Myles Garrett is going to be playing with a chip on his shoulder. He's my pick for comeback player of the year. I think his play will make up for the weakness at the linebacker.
